  As former Owner and CEO of Digital Millennium Wireless Hasib brings over 25 years of Wireless experience along with 16 years as Owner and CEO running a top Volume Metro by T-Mobile Dealership with over 270 locations across 15 markets. From his Dallas TX Headquarters, Hasib led an aggressive Metro by T-Mobile Dealer store expansion across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Southern California, Georgia, and Illinois through a mix of Direct Retail locations and Sub-Dealer Partner stores. Additionally, Digital Millennium
Wireless was consistently ranked among the Top 25% of National Dealers in KPI Metrics over the past 5years. Hasib currently resides in both the Los Angeles and DFW Markets. 

 Steve brings an outstanding record of Sales Performance and Operational Excellence to Seay Consulting Group from his 25-year career in Wireless spanning positions at the Field, Region, and Corporate level. Steve’s wireless experience includes Leadership positions at MetroPCS/Metro by T- Mobile, Sprint, and PrimeCo. Steve’s 14-year career at MetroPCS/Metro by T- Mobile included Field Leadership positions over Texas, the North Central Region, and the South Central Region where his markets were perpetual top performers in company KPIs and Sales objectives. Additionally, Steve brings Strategic Vision to Dealers from his 5 years Leading the Dealer Channel asV.P. Indirect Sales where his team’s accomplishments include successfully centralizing the Company’s Sales and Operations to drive performance improvements and consistency in the Field. Steve’s vision resulted in the MPR Exclusive Dealer program, development of the National Accounts Team, Training and Communications improvements and Performance Management improvements through the Dealer Scorecard program. Steve currently resides in the DFW Market.

Ryan has a successful 20-year career in wireless leading teams in the Western US. Ryan served as the Director of Sales at MetroPCS in the San Diego and Los Angeles Markets. In his role at MetroPCS, he has been a pivotal leader in market launches across the US. Later, he led the Indirect Sales team at Metro to the #1 Market in the company at over 2.2 million subscribers. He has also led teams at the Senior Manager level across a variety of functions at T-Mobile, including Business Development and Retail, and at OnePlus, a handset manufacturer. Ryan also has a professional degree in Organizational Management and Economics.
